Water and sewer network is very critical for any city. Considering most of the existing networks in India were laid more than 50 years back during the British rule, we understand there is an imminent need for upgrading / rehabilitating the existing facilities. Add to the fact that finding construction space in Indian cities for open trenching is next to impossible.
Considering these needs and difficulties associated with it, we offer a range of trenchless services to take care of all water and sewer pipeline requirements a present day Indian municipality will have.
We offer the following trenchless services –
1. New line installation

a. Microtunneling:

For precise laying of large diameter gravity sewer lines in almost any ground condition.

b. Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)

For time effective laying of small diameter pressure / sewer lines.

2. Existing line replacement / rehabilitation –

a. Pipe Bursting

Existing line replacement technique with diameter enlargement feature.

b Lining

No environmental disturbance with marked improvement in flow capacity of the existing line. Depending on condition of existing sewer and time and cost constraints, we offer the following lining methods – GRP, CIPP, Swagelining, Slipline, Rolldown, Short-liner, Subline and Compact pipe.
